ComicKid is a service for parents and guardians, not for children to use directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents provide a child's age solely to personalize story content — this is not stored as a child's profile.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us immediately at hello@comickid.app and we will remove the information promptly.

We do not sell your personal information. To operate our service, we work with a small number of carefully selected, trusted technology partners. All partners are contractually bound to protect your data, use it only to provide the services we rely on, and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure API authentication, and access controls limiting who can access production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.

We retain your account information and generated comics for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
