By creating an account or using ComicKid (comickid.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

ComicKid is intended for adults (18+) who are parents, guardians, or educators. You may use the service on behalf of a child, but the account must be registered and managed by an adult. Children under 13 may not create their own accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@comickid.app if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

ComicKid operates on a monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by law.

Comic stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we apply safety filters to ensure content is appropriate for children, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. ComicKid does not guarantee the factual accuracy of story content and it should not be used as a substitute for professional educational resources.

You may use generated comics for personal, non-commercial family use. Resale or redistribution of generated content is not permitted.

• Using the service to generate harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI models or platform
• Sharing your account credentials with others outside your household
• Using the service for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Circumventing any security or access controls

ComicKid is a product owned and operated by MCDM LLC. The ComicKid platform, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of MCDM LLC and are protected by copyright and applicable law. You retain no ownership rights over AI-generated content but are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for private family purposes only.

ComicKid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every generated story will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any content inaccuracies produced by our AI.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComicKid's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of ComicKid after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
